Residential sales at the South Tower of One Crown Place, a large mixed-use project in the centre of London, will open soon and Malaysia-based AlloyMtd Group are providing Thai buyers with a chance to be among the 1st in Asia to book a unit, reports local media.

The project is located in London’s Sun Street conservation area and will have 246 private apartments along with a boutique hotel, premium office space, retail units, and a Georgian terrace that is undergoing a full restoration. It is the last remaining Georgian terrace in this part of London.

A 1-bedroom unit at the development will start at THB39.2 million with prices going up for larger apartments. Residents can start moving into One Crown Place once it is finished near the end of 2020. One Crown Place will have 2 towers covered in terracotta. Residents will be able to use a clubhouse at the development.
