The much talked about MontAzure development, an upscale residential resort community, saw another phase of the project reach an important milestone. The main structure at Twinpalms Residences MontAzure, a condo development at the complex, was finished last week, local media reports.
MontAzure is located in Kamala on the west coast of Phuket. The Twinpalms Residences MontAzure will have 2 communal swimming pools as well as a range of on-site resort facilities. The project is a low-rise development with the residential buildings located in a tropical setting. There are 1-2 bedroom units available as well as a penthouse.
“As our 1st residential phase, Twinpalms Residences MontAzure offers a unique integrated beachfront resort concept within easy reach of Phuket’s most appealing lifestyle attractions. Café Del Mar officially launches this week, which is also part of MontAzure, so the timing couldn’t be better to complete the main structure of the condominiums,” says Richard Yue, CEO of Arch Capital Management, to the Phuket News.
Arch Capital Management is 1 of the 3 joint venture partners working on the development of the MontAzure project. The project will also contain hotels, lifestyle options, and a couple of other residential components. Several of the other areas will also be available to residents of the condo.
“Other word class components within the MontAzure community include the new InterContinental Phuket Resort, which opens in 2019 and Kamala Senior Living, an exclusive residential village being developed in the nearby hills,” says Yue.
Twinpalms Group will manage and operate the Twinpalms Residences MontAzure and it plans to offer owners hotel-driven yields, capital appreciation, and personal usage time. More than 70 per cent of the project has been sold and the developer predicts that prices will rise once it is finished.
“We are delighted to reach this construction milestone on schedule. The construction team is pushing ahead with fit-out of the M&E and interiors, and we are confident that the entire project will be finished before the end of 2018,” says MontAzure Executive Director, Setthaphol Boottho.
