Papus Property is one of Thailand’s newest developers and the company has launched its 1st townhouse project in Phattanakarn. Shizen Phattanakarn 32 is being developed using living innovation from Japan that offers a space that is in balance with nature.

Shizen is inspired by Japanese who live in balance with nature and this is key highlight of the development. The project’s outstanding feature is aimed for all family members to feel relaxed and comfortable,” says Phakthana Preedawiphat, Managing Director of Papus Property, in a press release.
Shizen Phattanakarn 32 is located close to Bangkok’s central business district and is near to both Thonglor and Ekkamai The project has a sales value of THB750 million with unit prices starting at THB7.5 million. The development will have 2 phases and 79 townhomes in total. Phase 1 will have 57 units while Phase 2 will have 22 units. All parts of the complex will be built using a “wellbeing home” concept.
“We adopt 5 human senses to develop the project, comprising life or the project’s environment which should be good and safety; Neat for residents to use function at maximum efficiency. Function area in the house and common area in the project is practical and accessible for everyone. Flow is a layout that allows ventilation and depends on air-conditioning system as little as possible,” says Phakthana.
The company is targeting middle-aged people who are starting their family as buyers with those with a big family also suited to live at Shizen Phattanakarn 32. A club, a fitness centre, a salt water swimming pool, co-working space, a meeting room, garden, and 24-hour security system are a few of the facilities available to residents at the development.
