Hello,me and my cousin are coming to Bangkok for a vacation for 1 month so we want to rent a condo here (from 2021.11.28 till 2021.12.28).We are polite and tidy people and like to keep everything clean.We need a two bedroom condo with at least a queen bed in each of the bedrooms.We also need WiFi service, kitchen(where sometimes we could prepare food for ourselves), fridge, TV, pool ,and gym would be a plus.I see some properties are asking for security deposits,but we're not sure about it...Who can guarantee that after we leave that our security deposit will be returned. So obviously we prefer a property without this requirement.Ofcourse we would pay for the whole month upfront and any other required fee,for example house cleaning. In exchange so that the owner of condo can feel safe we can make a deal that he/she comes every week to see that everything is in perfect condition and if not we would pay up or get kicked out without getting our upfront payment back.But I'm 100% sure everything will be fine and we will take care of this property as it's our own.Will be waiting for the offers.Take care.
