DDproperty Property Index saw prices for residential property in Bangkok continue their upward trajectory in 1Q18.The Index has increased significantly quarter-on-quarter (Q-o-Q) from 205 to 213, due to rising costs from developing projects in densely built-up areas including the Central Business Districts
It remains a buyer’s market with many competitive offers from sellers and developers particularly as interest rates remain low.
