DDproperty Property Index Q3 2018

The Price Index for residences in Bangkok dropped slightly from 2Q18. According to DDproperty Property Index’s latest edition, the Price Index in Bangkok dropped to 212 points in 3Q18 from 215 points in 2Q18, approximately 1% lower. However, overall the Index has enjoyed upwards growth since it has increased by 6% YoY.

The prices of residences in Bangkok have a potential to keep rising, especially those located near future mass transit lines. Therefore, the earlier the purchase, the more profits ones will earn later on.
