แนวโน้มราคาที่อยู่อาศัยในกรุงเทพฯ ช่วงไตรมาส 3 ปี 2562 (3Q62) ทรงตัวจากไตรมาส 2Q62 โดยจากรายงานดัชนีอสังหาริมทรัพย์ DDproperty Property Index ฉบับล่าสุดพบว่า ดัชนีราคา (Price Index) ที่อยู่อาศัยทรงตัวอยู่ที่ 221 จุด
ผู้ที่คิดจะซื้ออสังหาฯ ในช่วงนี้ นับเป็นโอกาสที่ดี ที่จะมีตัวเลือกให้พิจารณามาก ช่วยให้มีโอกาสที่จะได้สินค้าในราคาที่ไม่สูงเกินไป และจะได้รับประโยชน์จากมาตรการกระตุ้นอสังหาฯ
