Chiang Mai home to Thailand's first 'healthy village'

18 ก.ค. 2555

Therapeutic energy is one of the selling points adopted by Jirung Residences, a substantial residential development planned for the Northern Thailand city of Chiang Mai.

Luenchay Vongvanij, Executive Chairman, Good 4U Co., Ltd, revealed plans for the project to incorporate three “perfect elements”, namely body, emotion and mind.

Properties will be modern in design yet feature the traditional Lanna style which is common throughout the region. The developer is naming this a “Colonial Lanna’ style.

The project is situated in the Mae Rim district and is close to the city of Chiang Mai and its international airport. The surrounding area boasts many waterfalls and lakes, as well as a number of leading tourist sites.

Homes start from THB 3.5 million in what is being marketed as Thailand’s first healthy village.
