Colliers International Thailand has been appointed as sole agent for Focus@Ploenchit, a new condominium development in Sukhumvit Soi 2 which will be launched during the next two months.
Anucha Sihanatkathakul (pictured right), Executive Chairman of Focus Development and Construction Public Company Limited recently joined Simon Landy (centre), Executive Chairman of Colliers International Thailand, and Monchai Orawongpaisan (left), Associate Director of Project Sales and Marketing, for the contract signing ceremony.
The value of the project is THB 800 million.
