Tulip Group will be showcasing its Centara Grand Residence Pattaya development at a two-day event in Bangkok this weekend.
Buyers can avail themselves of discounts and free inspection trips at the event which will take place in the Lotus Suite 11 at Centara Grand Central World in the capital on July 28 and July 29. The event is sponsored by KBank, and staff from sole agent CBRE will also be on-site to assist clients.
Centara Grand Residence is a stunning condominium development located in a beautiful beachfront setting in Na Jomtien, Pattaya. It will feature two towers of residential condominiums and a five-star Centara Grand Hotel in a third tower. The project is being developed by Tulip Group and, on completion. will be managed by Centara Hotels and Resorts.
