Raimon Land has awarded the construction contract for its The Lofts Ekkamai development to Ritta Company Limited, a name at the forefront of the construction industry in Thailand.
Under the terms of the contract, the scope of work will include the structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing works. Construction activities for the 28-story tower are expected to commence immediately with completion scheduled for late Fall 2016.
“Ritta’s proven track record was a key ingredient in it being awarded the contract and yet another positive indicator Raimon Land’s new outlook of appointing Grade A contractors,” said Raimon Land Vice- President of Construction, Andrew Jordan at the ceremony late last month.
