The Crown Property Bureau has said it plans to invest a total of THB26 billion to develop mixed-use Langsuan Village in the Soi Langsuan area of central Bangkok.
Chalaluck Bunnag, Chief Executive of Siam Sindhorn, one of the bureau’s subsidiaries, told the media that the planned investment will be for 14 buildings on a 56-rai plot on LangSuan Road.
The buildings will include three 30-year leasehold condominium developments and Sindhorn Residence, which was launched last week, will feature 200 units ranging in size from 72 sqm up to 350 sqm.
Priced at the development will start from THB210,000 per sqm and construction, which began last year, is expected to be completed by the end of 2016.
