Thailand property investors will get one of their firsts tastes of a Canadian retail investment opportunity next week when CBRE Thailand hosts an exclusive event in Bangkok.
The property showcase will highlight a freehold-co-ownership retail investment opportunity in Alberta, Canada, with average returns listed as being between 12 percent and 18 percent per annum, with a minimum investment on C$100,000 (THB2.91 million).
Alberta is known as one of the fastest growing economies in Canada, and the investment is marketed to offer immediate cashflow in addition to anticipated capital gains.
