Ananda: Strong interest overseas

Ananda Development’s Ashton Asoke project achieved a significant number of sales at its first venture overseas at an international property exhibition in Singapore last weekend.

In association with local real estate firm Huttons, the listed Thai developer tapped into the increasing interest in Thai property investments among Singaporeans.

Christopher Michael Moore, International Service and Partner Management Manager for Ananda Development, told DDproperty.com: “Once again the demand for Bangkok property from Singapore exceeded our expectations, and we were able to achieve sales of 26 units.”

Ashton Asoke (pictured) is located 230 metres from BTS Asoke and 20 metres from MRT Sukhumvit. The development includes 783 residential units over 50 floors, with prices starting from THB6.9 million.

The company is holding a sales event at Siam Paragon in Bangkok from October 16 until October 19.

The event will feature a number of residential projects located along Bangkok’s mass-transit network, with prices starting from THB2.29 million.
