New direction for Noble

20 ต.ค. 2557

Leading condominium property developer Noble has branched out into the low-end of the condominium market with the launch of its ‘real by Noble’ brand at Chaengwattana.

The main selling points for the development include fully furnished units with different designs, located at a future prime location near the MRT’s Pink Line. Prices start from THB1.8 million.

Kitti Thanakitamnuay, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Noble Development, said: “The company has launched this condominium under a new sub-brand to expand our market to the target group of newly-employed young people who love to live with design in the Noble style.

“It is a high-rise development on Chaengwattana Road designed to cope with urban expansion of both the city and its people. It will meet the needs of the new generation and cater to the spending power on accommodation in the Chaengwattana area.”

The residential building will have 34 floors in a single structure comprising 858 units on a footprint of more than 3-rai with an investment of THB2 billion baht. Each room will measure between approximately 25 sqm and 30 sqm. One-bedroom units will be 55 sqm to 62sqm while two-bedroom units have glass walls on both sides to fully appreciate the view of Chaengwattana Road.

Down payments and instalments start at THB4,900 per month. Registration for presale and show units is available until October 30 and the project open for presale on November 2.
