UK show to tempt Bangkok buyers

Bangkok buyers and investors will get another opportunity to learn more about U.K. property at  a property exhibition in Bangkok this weekend.

Pinnacle MC Global, in association with Thai real estate firm Sincere, will be showcasing Angelgate (pictured), a Manchester residential development with 344 one- and two-bedroom apartments located a few minutes’ walk from Victoria station in the northern England city.

Pinnacle is offering buyers a guaranteed 7 percent yield for two years.

The City of Manchester was ranked in second place for buy to let yields in the U.K. by HSBC, and last year Manchester enjoyed capital growth of 21 percent which overshadowed even the likes of London.

At this seventh U.K. property show organised by the two companies, Pinnacle will also be showing Plato House, its latest student development in Liverpool. This development offers fully-furnished studio apartments over six floors with a guaranteed net yield of just under 8 percent for fice years. Plato house is just a few minutes’ walk from the University of Liverpool and is convenient for all that

The event, where Michael Symondson and Daniel Eccles from Pinnacle will be available to answer questions from investors, will take place at Bangkok’s Sofitel Sukhumvit Hotel on the 6th floor at salon #4 on Saturday, November 15. Seminars will take place at 2pm and 4pm.
