Singapore success for Ananda

There was more success for a Thai property developer in Singapore last weekend when Ananda Development sold 40 units at its IDEO Q-Siam-Rathathewi development at a two-day exhibition.

Marketed through local real estate agency Huttons, the Ratchathewi area of Bangkok has become well known to Singapore property buyers and investors alongside local Thai buyers.

Chris Moore, International Service Manager for Ananda Development, told DDproperty.com: “Singaporean buyers are very savvy and knowledgeable about Bangkok and its mass transit system.  They understand the importance of being just one station away from Siam Square and walking distance to Siam Paragon. The location was too good to pass up.”

Ananda Development and Huttons Real Estate will be partnering again in Singapore in less than two weeks for the highly-anticipated Ashton Asoke project.
