Four Seasons Bangkok photocall

After reporting itself as being pleased with the response to a preview event in Singapore last month, Thailand-based real estate developer Country Group Development and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts have officially announced plans for its luxury hotel and residential project situated along Bangkok’s Chao Phraya River.

The development is planned to offer a world-class waterfront experience and set a new standard in luxury. It will be home to the new Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chao Phraya River and Four Seasons Private Residences Bangkok at Chao Phraya River.

The hotel will feature more than 300 rooms and suites while The Private Residences will consist of more than 350 all-corner luxury units in a 73 storey tower.

The low-density, mixed-use development will span more than 350 meters of waterfront across 35-2-68 Rai, and it is destined to become one of Bangkok’s most exclusive.

Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chao Phraya River and Four Seasons Private Residences Bangkok at Chao Phraya River are due for completion at the end of 2018.The Residential Sales Gallery is set to launch later this month at Soi Charoen Krung, 64 Charoen Krung Road, Bangkok.

Following the Singapore preview DDproperty.com reported prices for units at the Four Seasons Residences in Bangkok will start in the region of THB25 million, but will likely rise once the official opening has taken place.
