Oneudomsuk attracting SMEs

One Udomsuk

Thailand’s Bhiraj Buri Group, one of Thailand’s leading property investors with more than 30 years’ experience, launched ‘Oneudomsuk’ with the aim it will be a new ‘hang out’ place in the Udomsuk area.

One of the key features, is said in a media statement, is the integration of the community mall with the local area, giving opportunities for SME entrepreneurs to start and develop their businesses.

Pitiphatr Buri, Executive director of Bhiraj Buri Group, said: “For the ‘Oneudomsuk’ project, our team has carefully planned in terms of the statistics of competitors and growth of the community mall business, including location.

“The importance of the ‘Oneudomsuk’ project is to select stores and services focusing on SMEs, so that they have a place to run their businesses. This project is designed to conform to and improve local community according to lifestyle and business development”.

More than 8,000 sqm has been designed with a ‘Natural Loft Design’ concept. using natural light and wide footpaths which are decorated with climbing plants that blend with nature. There are more than 30 stores, restaurants, bakery shops, beauty clinics and tutorial schools.

Pitiphatr added: The ‘Oneudomsuk’ project creates opportunities for entrepreneurs to launch their businesses in a prime location in the heart of the community, close to a convenient BTS sky train link and with reasonable rents.

”At the moment there are more than 20 stores than have been open for more than a year with good feedbacks from customers. We expect SMEs to grow with us”.
