The increasing trend of Thailand property buyers and investors looking towards London is set to be further underlined when CBRE Thailand holds a seminar and international launch later this month.
The event for London Dock E1, a development by developer St George – part of the Berkeley Group – will take place in Bangkok on Friday, January 23, and Saturday, January 24. A London Market Seminar is set to take place on Saturday, January 24, at 2pm, and the showcase will be held at Napa Room. Four Seasons Hotel on Rajadamri Road between 10am and 6pm.
London Dock E1 offers easy access to the centre of the U.K. capital and Canary Wharf, and is set for completion in the first half of 2017. Prices for the 999-year freehold development start from GBP819,950 for a one-bedroom apartment. Two- and three-bed apartments are available, as well as a selection of penthouses.
