A massive 454-rai, mixed-use project in Phuket that will utilize one of the area’s last big beachfront sites has started pre-sales for its luxury beachfront condominiums. MontAzure is located in Kamala and will consist of a branded five-star hotel, four beach clubs, 13 exclusive private hillside estate villas and 75 condo units.
The Residences at MontAzure’s are situated between Millionaire’s Mile and the Amanpuri headland in Phuket, and the developer hopes pre-sales will be brisk. The condominium will have one- and two-bedroom units as well as penthouses that have access to a private rooftop and pool. Prices start from THB8 million and go to THB80 million.
“I am delighted to say that we are now open for business with pre-sales deals in the lead up to the official launch in December,” MontAzure sales manager Fiona Nell told The Phuket Gazette.
Martin Palleros, who has a history working on residential projects in Phuket, designed the development. His body of work in the region includes Twinpalms Phuket, one of the island’s most popular resorts. Facilities planned for The Residences at MontAzure include a lobby, a gym/yoga studio, spa pavilions, library and lounge, outdoor event spaces and on-site management office.
“Later this year, we will announce the branded operator for The Residences at MontAzure. We are very excited about announcing this collaboration, as we believe it will be very well received,” Roland Bleszynski, MontAzure’s managing director said. “Equally as exciting, we will announce our anchor beachfront hotel brand before the start of the high season.”
The first hillside villa at The Estates is scheduled to be completed in December as well. The villas were designed by the renowned Thai architect Lek Mathar Bunnag. Jaya Ibrahim, one of the world’s most recognized designers, worked on the interiors of The Estates, the newspaper noted.
