Property developer Proud Real Estate has unveiled the second phase of its central Bangkok’s Park 24 development, with units close to the new EM District available from THB4.9 million.
Since the launch of its first phase in 2013, Park 24 has been well received among consumers and investors, and demand and inquiries for the next phase of the project have kept rising.
The development is located on a 12-rai plot of land in Sukhumvit Soi 24 close to Bangkok’s mass-transit network at BTS Phrom Phong Station.

Park 24 Phase two comprises three high-rise residential buildings, with 51 storeys, 44 storeys and 29 storeys respectively, and 1,174 units. The price for phase two starts at THB175,000 per sqm for one-bedroom, fully-furnished unit which is approximately THB4.9 million.
Park 24 Phase two opened for pre-registration today until May 16 at the Quartier Gallery, Floor M, The EmQuartier. Pre-registered customers can reserve units at the launch event on May 17 at The EmQuartier.
