more sansiri sales success in Thailand

The continued sales success of Sansiri’s property developments has been underlined with the recent sell-out of two additional projects – The Base Chaengwattana and dVieng Santitham Chiang Mai – with a combined value of close to THB3 billion.

The Base Chaengwattana is a ready-to-move-in 1,231-unit condominium project located close to the Thai Government Complex and other state enterprises, while dViend Santitham Chiang Mai is a 264-unit boutique condominium development in the heart of Chiang Mai and achieved its sell-out status in just two days.

Another three Setthasiri single-house projects – Setthasiri Ratchaphruek-Charan 2, ‘Setthasiri Chaiyaphruek-Chaengwattana, and Setthasiri Watcharapol – are poised to be completely sold out soon, adding to the company’s confidence in meeting its Q2 revised sales target of THB13 billion.

A spokesperson for Sansiri said: “We are pleased to announce that dcondo Hyde Chiang Rai, Sansiri’s first condominium development in Thailand’s northernmost province, located opposite the Central Department Store, has sold 60 percent of its units, all of which are now in the ownership transfer process.”

Setthasiri Ratchaphruek-Charan 2 has two remaining units out of the total of 84 units. The last two units are available from THB17 million.

Setthasiri Chaiyaphruek-Chaengwattana has six remaining units of the total of 276 units. These last units are available from THB8.99 million and include a waiver of all transfer-day expenses along with the eligibility to buy furniture at special prices.

“All of our residential developments, be they horizontal or vertical projects, have always been met with warm welcome. These recent waves of sales successes will certainly add to our confidence in meeting, if not exceeding, our newly increased Q2-2015 sales target of 13 Billion Baht.”, added the spokesperson.
