Nusa Chivani Pattaya, the newest residential project from Nusasiri located in Pattaya, has started a sales campaign that will target Asian investors from nearby countries, The Pattaya Mail reported. The development will be located in the Na Jomtien area and is seen as a high-end luxury project.
The developer cited a number of factors behind its decision to target investors from abroad including the depreciation of the Thai baht creating stronger interest from buyers in China, Hong Kong and Singapore. The company has already launched this new sales campaign which it hopes will strike a chord with potential investors.
“The government’s high speed train project from Bangkok to Pattaya will commence project bidding in 2016 with approximate construction time of two to three years. Once completed, the station is planned to be located in the prime location near Jomtien beach,” Siriya Thepcharoen, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Nusasiri told the newspaper. “Moreover, the AEC which will kick start in the final quarter of 2015 will play a major factor in customer’s motivation to purchase residences in vacation hot spots.”
The Tuscany-inspired Nusa Chivani Pattaya will cost THB8.5 billion to build and construction is scheduled to take place in three phases. According to The Pattaya Mail, the first phase consists of 82 single houses coming in one- or two- floor units. The developer has prepared four house types for customers to choose from and land sizes range from 352-440 sqm. The size of the actual houses will vary between 165-265 sqm. Prices for the housing units at Nusa Chivani Pattaya will range between from THB8-14 million and includes a furniture package and private pool which is a key factor in company’s marketing campaign.
“The company’s aim is to establish a niche market in the real estate arena, therefore Nusasiri has introduced the concept ‘Live Beyond’, an ideology to create an all-round lifestyle for consumers,” Siriya stated. “With this concept in mind, the company is continuously expanding its investment to major tourist hot spot cities in Thailand.”
