Magnolia Quality Development Corporation (MQDC) announced the launch of its newest project under the Whizdom brand – Whizdom Station Ratchada-Thapra. The condominium development will be situated on a three wai plot in the Thonburi area of Bangkok. In a press release, the company stated it will open sales of the project in the first quarter of 2016 and prices will start at a little more than THB2 million.
“Whizdom Station Ratchada-Thapra represents our foray into another new central business district (new CBD) of Bangkok. We continue to highlight the core image of our Whizdom brand of condominiums in terms of their proximity to rapid transit stations and travel convenience,” Thanomsak Kaeokhiao, deputy chief operating officer, MQDC, said. “Whizdom Station Ratchada-Thapra is a residential building with 37 stories and 690 units. The project is surrounded with travel connection points – just one minute from the Talat Phlu BTS Station and under 250 meters from the Rachapruek BRT Bus Station. It is close to the expressway entrance/exit ramp and is a few stations to Sathorn and Silom. The location is in the centre of city life and a lot more.”
Whizdom Station Ratchada-Thapra will target city residents and younger buyers who pursue a modern lifestyle. The proposed facilities and amenities will cater to the lifestyles and needs of urban residents. There will be a pool lounge, an infinity edge pool, a fitness center with garden views and the Glass House Sky Lounge with a seven-meter ceiling that will simulate a rooftop greenhouse.
“The concept is to give it a garden home atmosphere as evident in its grand lobby which is spacious and simulates the feeling of relaxing under a tree in the middle of a vast garden with lines of trees as far as you can see,” Thanomsak added. “The project offers studio condominiums, one-bedroom condominiums, 2-bedroom condominiums and penthouse residences.”
The project will also feature a co-working space, library with Wi-Fi and a number of retail and lifestyle shops to help promote its living concept.
