Vietnam Property Awards

Nominations are now being welcomed for the Vietnam Property Awards 2017. Now in its third year, the event is looking for the finest real estate developers and properties in the country with developers, consumers and the general public all allowed to submit who they think should be considered.

The Vietnam Property Awards has become one of the most anticipated events of the country’s real estate calendar. Last year’s awards saw 450 guests and VIPs attend the gala dinner where Nam Long Investment Corporation was crowned as the year’s Best Developer.

More than 100 nominations are expected to be received by the organisers this year. That would be a significant increase from the 60 official submissions submitted in 2016. One reason for the jump in nominations, more major and up-and-coming developers want to gain the industry’s stamp of approval by being honoured at the Vietnam Property Awards.

This year’s awards programme will be divided into three sections: Developer, Development and Design. Residential, commercial and resort segments are all covered and the eligibility period for this year’s awards is for current developments expected to be completed by December 2019.

In addition to the various categories, there will be special awards for Best Green Development, Special Recognition in CSR and Special Recognition in Sustainable Development as well as Real Estate Personality of the Year which was taken home by CapitaLand (Vietnam)’s CEO Chen Lian Pang in 2016.

The deadline for nominations is 24th March 2017. The official shortlist, comprising one Winner and up to four Highly Commended companies or projects in each category, will be revealed by an independent judging panel in late April. Winners will be announced at the black-tie gala dinner that is set to take place on 2nd June 2017.

There is no fee to enter in any category. Nominations are now being accepted at www.AsiaPropertyAwards.com/nomination/Vietnam/
