Raimon Land received two awards at this year’s Asia Pacific Property Awards for its projects in Pattaya and Bangkok. This is the first time the developer has been recognized by the Asia Pacific Property Awards.

Zire Wongamat, the company’s North Pattaya-based project, received the Condominium Award. The two tower, 54-story project is situated on Wongamat Beach and was completed at the end of 2015. Meanwhile The Lofts Ekkamai scooped up an honor in the Residential High-Rise Development category. The project is currently under construction and is scheduled to be finished later on this year. The Lofts Ekkamai will be 28-stories and feature a total of 276 units.

“The entries focused on the prime freehold locations, carefully crafted design and high quality standards of Raimon Land, so it is an honor to see our properties recognized by the judging panel,” said Kipsan Beck, Raimon Land vice president of Marketing & Branding. “Sales at both developments exceed 90 percent, reflecting the confidence our buyers already have in Raimon Land, which will now be supported by these awards.”

Raimon Land will collect the awards at the Asia Pacific Property Awards later this year. Developers from 25 countries in the Asia Pacific region entered this year’s competition. The top scoring winners will then go on the square off against other regional winners at the 2016-2017 International Property Awards. This year marks the 23rd edition of the Asia Pacific Property Awards and they are part of the International Property Awards series.

“Our strong track record in Pattaya as well as direct beach access plays a major role in Zire’s success,” Beck pointed out. “The Lofts brand is unique in Bangkok, providing Manhattan style industrial-chic with double height spaces, and both our Ekkamai and Asoke Loft projects are highly sought after, reflecting the heavy importance we place on design.”
