PropertyGuru Group, Asia’s leading online property portal group, continues to expand its services portfolio in the Southeast Asia region with ePropertyTrack, a real-time project sales and marketing tool that offers innovative, high-value project marketing services to real estate developers, estate agencies and property agents, across different teams and geographic locations.
Since last July, PropertyGuru and ePropertyTrack have been working together to expand the service’s offerings regionally. With ePropertyTrack’s information-sharing platform, developers and agencies can coordinate sales and marketing information with their internal teams, external and overseas marketing agents, in real-time, through a range of services. These include live updates of project reservations during launch, registration of interest management, inventory management, floorplans/ virtual tours/ photos/ video content management, promotion broadcasting and analytics. On the ground, sales agents are able to demonstrate key selling points on mobile and tablet devices to potential buyers, making the sales process more effective and realistic.
“The acquisition of ePropertyTrack last year has improved the quality, amount and timeliness of new project launch content we can deliver to consumers, even if the development takes place in another country. Developers are better able to reach buyers across borders, showcasing their properties through rich multimedia experiences on a variety of mobile devices and sell their projects faster,” CEO & co-founder of the PropertyGuru Group, Steve Melhuish, said.
“Previously, real estate developers had to carve out separate units for different teams across their various markets, to avoid conflicts when booking units. With ePropertyTrack, developers are able to adopt more efficient processes, managing all their inventories in real time and gleaning insights from up to the minute project and sales team performance. As such, developers, their internal sales teams and respective marketing agencies are now able to operate as one cohesive unit, across national borders and time zones.”
Leveraging PropertyGuru’s market-leader position, expertise and geographic reach in Southeast Asia, the integration has also helped ePropertyTrack’s expansion in the region. In February, Sansiri, one of the largest real estate developers in Thailand, together with PropertyGuru, officially launched the platform “ePropertyTrack for Sansiri,” for the first time in the country, and is available on all major platforms, in English and Chinese. Apart from Sansiri, ePropertyTrack is also working with other renowned developers across the region, including CapitaLand in Singapore, Koppel Land in Indonesia and EcoWorld in Malaysia. These developers are also able to leverage ePropertyTrack to build relationships with 38,000 agents across the region for both their local and overseas projects, allowing seamless project marketing across borders and time zones.
“ePropertyTrack and PropertyGuru are now one unified team, providing developers and agencies enhanced, cutting-edge solutions in the industry. In Singapore, ePropertyTrack already covers over 90 percent of the market, and we are rapidly expanding our coverage into the region. We’re working on creating even more tools to help developers and agencies manage their inventories and market their products easier and more effectively, especially as property buying in the region crosses national borders and currencies,” the Founder of ePropertyTrack, Kunal Bagga, said.
