Scenical Group announced that they will speed up the construction of their Khao Yai Foresta project in order to get it on the market faster as Khao Yai’s tourism sector continues to grow. Construction of the residential development is expected to be completed in August of next year.
Scenical Group is one of Khao Yai’s largest real estate developers and managing director Thawsirit Sivakom noted that with tourism in the region expected to increase by 30 percent this year, the company wants to get its newest project open as soon as possible.
Khao Yai Foresta is situated on a 12-rai plot of land and features two seven-story buildings with a total of 415 units. There will also be 19 pool villas housed in a two-story building on site. The entire project is worth a total of THB1.38 billion and potential buyers continue to visit the construction site with a majority of them being Thai. Scenical Development claimed that 78 percent of the units have already been sold.
Investors continue to be impressed with Khao Yai and the market for luxury residences and high-end travelers here has expanded over the past few years. Thawsirit believes more foreign visitors will come to Khao Yai once the AEC opens. This influx of tourists will likely see real estate, hotel and tourism businesses in Khao Yai grow by leaps and bounds.
“In terms of investment, Khao Yai Foresta appeals to investors who want better returns than depositing money in the bank, but lower risks than the stock market,” Thawsirit pointed out. “This is a high-potential project which can offer five percent profits for seven years, one of the best in Thailand at present.”
The project draws inspiration from outdoor living and fully embraces Khao Yai’s relaxing vibe. There is a modern tropical theme throughout Khao Yai Foresta with nature surrounding the development. There will be a number of facilities available for residents and guests including a lobby, a swimming pool, a playground and a garden.
