The inaugural Property Report Congress Vietnam received a boost with TimHome.vn being unveiled as the ‘Official Real Estate Marketplace’ of the event. TimHome.vn is the local arm of international real estate technology company Homsters.com and works on a performance marketing basis, allowing home-sellers not to pay for advertising, but only for the results they receive.

Meanwhile in Myanmar, Yangon was selected to host the much anticipated Property Report Congress Myanmar 2016. A number of speakers are scheduled for the event including Richard Emerson, country manager of Savills Myanmar, who will inaugurate this year’s Congress with a keynote address on the outlook of the Myanmar real estate market. Several other seminars, discussions and speeches are also planned with the focus being on the country’s burgeoning real estate market.
Property Report Congress Vietnam 2016 will take place at the InterContinental Asiana Saigon on 10th June and will be followed immediately by the Vietnam Property Awards. Property Report Congress Myanmar 2016 will be held at Sule Shangri-La Yangon on 30th June with the second annual Myanmar Property Awards to take place afterwards.
