The developers of MontAzure are taking their project on the road this weekend. They will be hosting a showcase event at the Landmark Mandarin Oriental in Hong Kong on 18th and 19th June. The project will officially be unveiled to buyers from Hong Kong and this will be their first opportunity to see the much talked about development first hand.
Twinpalms, a Thai luxury resort brand, along with the InterContinental Hotel Group (IHG) have helped add some star power to MontAzure. IHG will open the InterContinental Phuket Resort in 2019 while the Twinpalms Residences MontAzure will be situated next to the hotel and feature 75 beachfront condominiums designed by Martin Palleros of Tierra Design. These are expected to be completed in 2018.
The first phase of the project will sit on 99 meters of beachfront land. In addition to one and two-bedroom units, a number of penthouses featuring access to a private rooftop and swimming pool are also available. Foreign freehold ownership at Twinpalms Residences MontAzure is possible.
“It is very rare to find beach condominiums in Phuket and we believe Hong Kong buyers will appreciate the location, the very high standards of the development and the holiday lifestyle that the destination provides,” Arch Capital chief executive officer Richard Yue explained in a press release.
Twinpalms is well known on Phuket for its hospitality operation and Twinpalms Residences MontAzure will feature this along with numerous facilities including a residents’ lobby, a beachfront restaurant, a gym, spa pavilions, a library and outdoor event spaces.
“After visiting the Twinpalms Residences MontAzure beachfront sales gallery last month, I was impressed by the quality of the design and show suite. The project is also located in a highly desirable neighborhood and in absolute beachfront location which is a rare find in the Phuket market today” Rebecca Shum, executive director of CBRE in Hong Kong, noted. “Investors can draw a lot of confidence from the development team which includes Hong Kong-based Arch Capital and an established Thai partner in Narai Property, along with the award winning Twinpalms management team.”
