Real Asset Development launched its upscale Laviq Sukhumvit 57 condominium located in the Thonglor district. The project is the latest residential development to be launched in the area as developers flock to this Bangkok hot spot that is popular with locals and expats alike.
The project is valued at THB3.7 billion and the developer claimed units will start at THB9 million. This is Real Asset’s first journey into the luxury segment and the developer hopes to reach 50 percent sales within the end of this year.
