AP Thailand Plc has teamed up with Mitsubishi Estate Group, a Japanese company, for the launch of Life Asoke-Rama 9, reports local media. The condo has 2 high-rise towers, 42- and 46-storeys, along with a large common area. Sales on the 2,248 units will begin in early November.
The project is valued at THB9 billion with unit prices starting at THB2.45 million per unit. AP is using its knowledge of clients’ needs, urban living trends, and the lifestyles of customers to create a condo that buyers find attractive. Among the features at Life Asoke-Rama 9 is a 7.5-rai common area that will have several rooftop common elements including an international standard fitness centre. The developer is calling this space Elite Fitness and it will be 2-storeys and cover 5 zones.
“AP is the first in the real estate industry to change its approach to fitness zoning. We’ve worked with exercise experts to design the fitness centre in response to how people really work out. There are also 3 pools on the 42nd floor and 45th floor which are divided into 2 zones: an active pool and a scenic glass pool. AP is the first in Thailand to give swimming pools a unique design with a special section for those who love to swim for exercise and a separate section for people who love to take a dip in the water to relax and enjoy the city view,” says Vittakarn Chandavimol, Chief of the Business Group for Condominiums, to the Bangkok Post.
The project is located in the Asok-Phetchaburi-Rama VI area, a place AP is familiar with. The company has a leading market share of 40 per cent for mid- to high-end condos in this location. It is also an area that will be in high demand from buyers. It has 6 Grade A office buildings and AP estimates 78,800 people will work here by 2020.
