Developers Join Forces To Build Up A New Road In Bangkok’s Suburbs

The new Thai Chamber of Commerce Road won’t just help out commuters travelling between Chaeng Wattana and Chaiyapruek roads. It is also going to be home to a massive development project. Several of Thailand’s largest developers will be building residential projects worth more than THB 20 billion in total along the street, reports local media.

Property Perfect, SC Asset Corporation, Pruksa Real Estate and Sansiri are the companies who have committed to developing new projects along Thai Chamber of Commerce Road. All of the planned developments will be close to the new University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce campus that is located on a 215-rai land plot near Chaeng Wattana Road and Rama IV Bridge. The road cost an estimated THB 400 million to complete and is likely to stimulate development in the area.

“We have 400 rai close to the university, with plans to develop residential projects worth THB 10.17 billion at prices from THB 4 million to more than THB 60 million per unit to serve the strong demand in the market,” says Chainid Adhyanasakul, Chief Executive Officer of Property Perfect, in a press release.

SC Asset Corp will be launching Bangkok Boulevard Chaeng Wattana at the same location. That project will feature detached houses of different sizes. Unit prices range from THB 7 million to THB 10 million. SC Asset will launch the development in the second half of 2017, according to media reports.

Passorn Prestige, a detached-housing project from Pruksa, is another development expected to open for sales at the site. Prices at the project start at THB 5 million and will reach over THB 10 million for select units.

Sansiri is also expected to launch a detached-housing project along the road sometime in the second half of this year. No further details about the project have been announced by the developer at this time.
