AP is well known for its condo projects that are built along mass transit lines in Bangkok with the Life series among its most popular brands. The developer has added a new dimension to this brand that will help homeowners utilise the digital age and allow them succeed in their professional and personal life.
The developer will launch 3 condominium projects worth a total of THB 20 billion under the Life brand this year that will feature these new dimensions. The 1st project will be a joint-venture agreement with Japanese company Mitsubishi Estate Group. The partners will develop LIFE Ladprao, which will be within walking distance of 3 public transit stations. That project will introduce 2 new features, AP Intelligent Space and AP Corridor Window Innovation, designed to improve quality of life for residents.
“We aim to improve the lives of Thai people and AP project residents. We look to developing our work process by sharing knowhow between the two companies and, most importantly, we are committed to developing space innovation and technology. AP (Thailand) has a commitment to create different and sustainable innovation by combining AP Digital Community concept with functional space development to ensure safety and convenience for our residents,” says Vittakarn Chandavimol, Chief Business Group – Condominiums, AP (Thailand).
While no details were announced for the other 2 Life-branded projects, they will also have the same features found at other projects in the series. All Life developments offer residents 24/7 connectivity through AP’s Digital Community technology that is exclusive to the company. The other Life projects will also be close to public transit stations, which is a trademark of the brand.
“LIFE is 1 of the condominium brands along the mass rapid transit lines in Bangkok. Because of their outstanding locations, easy accessibility and residential comfort, LIFE condominiums have been in demand and we are proud to say that consumer response has been positive,” says Vittakarn.
