Raimon Land Concludes A Successful 1st Quarter With More Projects On The Way

Raimon Land has started the year on a positive note after posting a net profit of THB 101 million in the 1st quarter. The company also revealed that The Lofts Ekkamai is nearly sold out and sales at its The Lofts Asoke project have been strong while it is looking to launch its next project under The Lofts brand in Silom during this year.

The company is in good financial health having recognised revenues of more than THB 1 trillion in the 1st quarter of this year. Raimon Land’s balance sheet was also strengthened due to a strong operating cash flow and the company has a backlog of to be recognized as revenues of THB 3.35 billion, according to a press release.

The Lofts Ekkamai is currently 99 per cent sold out with a total of 4 units remaining. The transferring of the 263 units to customers has already begun at the project which has been completed. Both local and international buyers booked units at the development that features a simple loft concept of style, comfort and convenience near the Ekkamai BTS station.

Meanwhile, The Lofts Asoke has also recorded strong sales with 145 units sold by the end of the most recent quarter. A total of 63 per cent of the project’s value has been sold during the presales period. Construction of The Lofts Asoke has already begun.

Raimon Land is also set to launch The Lofts Silom in 2017. The project is valued at THB 3.2 billion and will be one of 2 residential projects it launches this year. The other is a luxury, single detached house development in the Sathorn area.

The company revealed that construction of its Mews Yen Akat development has been completed and it will soon roll out a full sales and marketing campaign. Raimon Land is expecting a good response from buyers in regards to the project.
