Magnolia Quality Development Corporation Limited (MQDC) launched a new venture that will provide integrated property resale and rental services. Named The Estate (Thailand), the new company was set up to help MQDC better respond to customers’ needs when it comes to purchasing, selling and investing in property plus taking care of living conveniences.

The developer’s new company will provide exclusive property investment consulting and hired a team of experts who have over 20 years of experience. The Estate will also provide assistance with property searches so customers can easily find what they are looking for. Integrated move-in/move-out service and other services, such as cleaning and primary maintenance, will be available as well.

“A study of resale and rental services in Thailand showed a gap in confidence and trust among customers and in the quality of after-sale services. MQDC, as a property developer, understands customers’ demands, has adjusted its business plans and structure to fulfil these needs. We established The Estate to provide and an offer that covers all aspects of living, investment and lifestyles through pre-sale, after-sale services and close consulting,” says Assada Kaeokhiao, Deputy Chief Operating Officer at MQDC.

The Estate wants to differentiate itself from competitors by providing integrated assistance and a wide range of services not found at other companies. The properties cared for by the new company will be certified according to MQDC’s standards. Its units will be awarded a certificate and come with a 30-year warranty covering 4 key areas. These areas are building structure, roof leaks, the condition of doors and windows, and water pipes.

“The Estate will complement our property development business by achieving excellence in property sale-rental, and investment consulting services. Our services will start by analysing customers’ properties, to assess their architectural design, size, location and price to evaluate demand for assets. We will also conduct analysis on competitors.” says Assada.
