The PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards are back for the 12th time and this year sees 41 companies with outstanding developments in Bangkok, Phuket, Samui, Hua Hin, Khao Yai and the Eastern Seaboard looking to win gongs. The awards are supported by Thailand’s leading property site DDproperty.
Boutique developer The Riviera Group picked up 7 nominations for its condo and resort projects on Thailand’s Eastern Seaboard. This is the most nominations any single developer received. The Riviera Group was named as a finalist for several condo and design categories in the Eastern Seaboard.
Sansara Development Ltd and Sansiri each garnered 6 nominations on the shortlist while Phuket mixed-use developer MontAzure earned 5 nominations at the 12th annual Thailand Property Awards. Proud Residences, FYNN Development, D’Well Grand Asset Co, and Sena Development all picked up 4 nominations.

This year there are 39 categories with special awards in corporate social responsibility (CSR), sustainable development, green development, and universal design all included in the awards programme. Shortlisted finalists will find out if they take home Winner or Highly Commended honours during a gala dinner that will be attended by 600 key senior figures.

The Thailand Property Awards have showcased high quality developments and have well demonstrated an increased recognition and respect gained from the country’s real estate industry,” says Suphin Mechuchep, Managing Director of JLL Thailand and head of the judging panel.
The awards gala dinner will take place on Friday, 15th September 2017 at the Plaza Athenee Bangkok. Limited early bird tickets are offered until 18th August.
