The stunning and innovatively designed Siamese Rama 9, with integrated lifestyle-friendly technology, offers a community mall, office space, and impressive residences with a sky pool and bar; a fine example of how creativity can be combined to inspire a contemporary approach to modern lifestyle expectations. With design influences from Bangkok, Tokyo, New York, Paris, and Stockholm, the residences feature full-length windows looking out to a classic cityscape.
Aside from the wins for Best Affordable Condo Interior Design (Bangkok) and Best Affordable Condo Architectural Design (Bangkok), the judges awarded a win for Best Mixed-Use Development for the concept as a whole.

Highly commended was also awarded for Best Affordable Condo Landscape Architectural Design (Bangkok), as well as Best Digital Performance Commercial Development.
Displaying development prowess with exclusive projects, Siamese Asset was awarded a Best Luxury Condo Development (Bangkok) win for The Collection. With its fully glazed façade reflecting the setting close to the lake in Bangkok’s Bejakitti Park, a big focus of the development is on the use of world-class materials and embracing a sense of grandeur within every design detail.
