This is a consumer-facing incentive campaign, which is an experiment initiative in Thailand to support the local sellers’, developers’, agent partners’ lead acquisition and conversion.
Campaign Period
From 12:00:00 AM (GMT+7) Bangkok time on 7th November 2024 and end at 11:59:00 PM (GMT+7) Bangkok time on 13th November 2024
Prize
Home buyers submit their enquiry on any (for sale) property listings and successfully transferred the property within the specified period (24th December 2024) will be able to select one of the following incentive options offered by DDproperty, subject to terms and conditions.
Incentives comprise of:
1) Home: Receive THB 30,000 worth of furniture or home services vouchers from NocNoc
2) Organise: Get a common fee subsidy valued up to THB 30,000
3) Manage: Benefit from our agent network and commission fee (valued up to THB 30,000)
4) Experience: Enjoy a Fengshui consultation service valued up to THB 30,000
Remark: The number of winners are limited to 10 winners, on a first come first served basis. If the project you enquire on is also eligible for the H.O.M.E. Campaign, please refer the incentive eligibility to the campaign that provides the highest incentive value (but can only refer to only one campaign).
Entry
During the Campaign Period (from 7th-13th November 2024):
- Home buyers submit their enquiry to any property listing for sale projects on DDproperty.com
- Select and confirm the preferred incentive of choice with DDproperty’s representative, who will be in touch with the home buyer as per the provided contact details after lead submission
- Complete the transaction within the specified period (24th December 2024)
- Claim the chosen incentive by 29th December 2024, which will be the last day for the incentive claims
Notification
Home buyers eligible for the incentive will be notified by phone, sms and/or email from home@ddproperty.com.

About these Promotion Terms and Conditions
1. By entering this campaign, you accept these Campaign Terms and Conditions (Terms).
Eligibility
2. To enter, you must be aged 18 years or over and a resident in the Country.
3. We do not accept entries from our employees (and their immediate families) or employees of any company associated with this campaign. Immediate family includes current or former spouse, child, parent or grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, or cousin.
4. We may contact you to verify your identity, age or place of residence to confirm your eligibility to enter.
5. We may disqualify you if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms or have compromised the fair conduct of this campaign by acting unlawfully or improperly. Any entry submitted outside the Campaign Period will be deemed invalid.
Incentives
6. If you win the incentive but do not take it (or part of it) at the time specified by us, then you will forfeit the incentive (or the relevant part of it).
7. The Promoter reserves the right to change or replace the incentive at its discretion without notice and we will provide a substitute incentive of equal value and/or specification.
8. You cannot exchange the incentive (or any part of it) for cash, goods or services.
9. The value of the incentive at the time we provide it may be different from the value advertised in our promotional materials. We are not required to ‘make up’ any difference in value.
10. The incentive may require you to accept terms that apply to the use or supply of the incentive (for example terms and conditions attaching to subscription products, supply of goods, event entry conditions, etc.). We are not a party to, or carry any liability in connection with, any third-party terms.
General
11. These Terms refer to the time zone of the Country, unless otherwise stated.
12. We may need to suspend or cancel the campaign if we become unable to conduct it as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond our reasonable control. We reserve the right at any time, to change or modify these Terms, such change shall be effective immediately upon publication and your continued participation in the Campaign after such change(s) will constitute your acceptance of such the updated Terms.
13. Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes or modifies the consumer guarantees provided by applicable consumer protection laws of the Country. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage whether direct, indirect, or consequential, arising in connection with the promotion.
14. We collect your personal information to conduct the Campaign and may, for this purpose, disclose your personal information to third parties, including but not limited to advertising clients, service providers and prize suppliers. Participation in the Campaign is conditional on you providing us with your personal information.
