Hello! What would be the best price we can get to rent this place for 3 months, 6 months or a year? What deposit $ we should leave? We are planning to come together with my wife and 1 year old baby. Our intentions are to stay long term or even live there. But I need to know what the cancellation policy for this place is because we will be working on having another baby and once the mom is 6 months pregnant, we will go back home to take care of the newborn for a few months. And I cannot be sure when she will get pregnant. I hope you understand :)
The property I am referring to is in Ko samui, 920121039-97 New pool villa.
