Hi,
I am interested in the below objects for rent:
- Chaiyapruek Suites Residence, Jomtien PC2340, 3rd-floor 115 m2, Rent ฿ 18,000/month OR:
- Chaiyapruek Suites Residence, Jomtien PC1225, 3rd-floor 122 m2, Rent ฿ 18,000/month
- is there ample parking space - you mention 'garage'?
- I need a hi-speed WiFi internet connection - you mention 'broad band'?
- is there an elevator?
- you mention balcony but I can't see any pics, small or large with sittings?
- on the object 'https://www.ddproperty.com/en/property/2-bed-2-bath-in-jomtien-pc2340-for-rent-3649493' I see lots of power lines just outside the window!
- possible to rent for 6 months first, then may extend on a yearly basis?
