Why does DDproperty have so many listings with wrong or incorrect information? I see listing prices of 1150 baht on the search but when you look at the property it says on the second line the price is 11500 baht per month, or the ad says it is located 400 meters from the BTS stop but in reality the building project says it is 6 miles from the BTS line. Does DDproperty care to check anything or is it just a waste of misleading information that tenants or buyers can not use or trust since so much information is never checked nor confirmed? I understand mistakes but it sure seems to be happening all the time and no one cares to correct any of it--when does it become a lie to prospective tenants or buyers in an attempt to get leads from un-informed people?
