Do NOT buy!!!!!!
They sell you a villa and then - forget about any constructive communications. They won't fix almost anything under the warranty. Everything they will "fix" will take months. Everything they will say will mean nothing. In a year your villa will require serious maintenance, but be prepared to find a contractor yourself, manage yourself and PAY yourself. Be prepared that everything Anchan is capable of is selling (not including actual paperwork for making you an owner). Oh and by the way you will have your electricity off 2-3 times per week, too. So enjoy. -
