คอนโดตั้งอยู่ใน ซ.สามัคคี ถ.รามคำแหง หน้าตาเหมือนคอนโดยุคเก่าทั่วไป ไม่มีอะไรหวือหวา มี 8 ชั้น จำนวนยูนิตถือว่าไม่เยอะ ส่วนกลางมีสระว่ายน้ำ ฟิตเนส มี รปภ. ดูแลความปลอดภัย ห้างใกล้ ๆ แถวนี้ก็จะเป็นเอฟบีทีสปอร์ตคอมเพล็กซ์ ห่างแค่ 300 เมตร ขยันหน่อยก็จะมีเดอะมอลล์ รามคำแหง แต่แถวนี้ก็มีร้านค้า ร้านอาหารเยอะแยะ ใกล้ ม.ราม เอแบค อนาคตจะมีรถไฟฟ้าสายสีส้ม แต่จำสถานีไม่ได้ -
