คอนโดไฮไรส์ สูง 36 ชั้น ที่เลือกเพราะทำเลดี ติดกับสถานีอินเตอร์เชนจ์สายสีน้ำเงินกับสายสีม่วง สถานีเตาปูน เดินทางเข้าเมืองง่าย ราคาคอนโด (ตอนที่ซื้อ) ไม่แพง เรียกว่ตอบโจทย์เรื่องราคากับทำเล แต่ห้องมีขนาดไม่ใหญ่มาก อยู่คนเดียวถือว่าโอเค แต่สองคนสำหรับเราค่อนข้างอึดอัด (ห้องขนาดเล็กสุด) สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกเยอะมาก -
