Good Location
เป็นโครงการเก่า หน้าตาตึกจึงไม่ได้โดดเด่น แต่อยู่ในทำเลที่ดีที่สุดแห่งนึงในกรุงเทพฯ ไปไหนมาไหนสะดวกสบาย เดินไป BTS, ห้างหรู Emporium, สวนเบญจสิริ ได้ในะระยะไม่กี่ร้อยเมตร มีที่จอดรถเพียงพอโดย fix ให้แต่ละยูนิต ส่วนกลางมีสระว่ายน้ำและฟิตเนสซึ่งนับว่ามีขนาดค่อนข้างใหญ่เมื่อเทียบกับจำนวนยูนิต แต่อาจจะไม่ได้สวยงามเหมือนโครงการใหม่ ๆ ค่าส่วนกลางไม่แพง -
