Terrible Place to Live
I was an involuntary tenant at Rishi Court from March 2024 to present (late December 2024). I say involuntary because I asked for an apartment with no children in the apartment above, and Mona (the manager) assured me that there were none. She lied. The people in the apartment above include the noisiest 3 year old child I have ever experienced, and his parents are utterly inconsiderate, refusing to take the child outside to play, or to do anything to mitigate the noise. I have demanded that my lease be terminated and my deposit refunded since April of 2024, but the greedy con artists in management refuse, and I don't want to waste my time and money litigating against them. Please pass this place by or take legal precautions before signing any agreements here. -
