Garden 3 is the seventh project of the Finnish developer Siam Oriental, located on the Pratamnak Hill. Condominium “Garden 3” includes such facilities as: swimming pool, recreation area, sun terrace, sauna on the roof, elevator, 24-hour CCTV, security, underground parking. The project has only 8 floors and 79 apartments. Construction of the Siam Oriental Garden condominium was completed in 2016. The project whole was sold to the other company.
