โครงการอสังหาริมทรัพย์ในภูเก็ตคว้ารางวัลมาเพียบในงาน the International Property Awards ซึ่งจัดขึ้นที่กัวลาลัมเปอร์ ที่ผ่านมาไม่นาน โดย Kata Rocks คว้ารางวัลกลับบ้านมาถึง 6 รางวัล ได้แก่ best apartment, best development marketing, best developer website ,a highly commended in the best development segment, best development marketing และ best developer website
